When you hire Homeworx Services, Inc. you will see a thorough inspection completed on your potential new home. The inspector will walk through the property with you and point out any deficiencies that will need repair, as well as ensuring you are familiar with how the home systems work (i.e. heating and air conditioning and ensure there are no recalls). All of the plumbing will get labeled so that you are able to see what each line goes to. There will be a lot of information covered during the inspection, so you will receive a report that will assist you in making that purchasing decision and to use as a reference at a later date.
Radon Testing
Radon, the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S., is an odorless, colorless gas undetectable by human senses. While some people test for Radon using a kit, it is recommended that for maximum saftey a continuous monitoring system is used. Homeworx Services uses a 48 hour continuous monitoring system to get the best possible results and to make sure your home is Radon free.

Mold can be virtually anywhere in your home, in the walls, or even in your air vents. Mold can be a cause of serious respiratory problems and illnesses. Homeworx Services will inspect your home thoroughly to make sure that is free of mold so that you can breathe easily.
