About the Inspector

Hi, I’m Rich Hall.  I’m a licensed Virginia contractor, I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry, and am certified with the Virginia Building Code Academy.  My goal while inspecting your potential new home is to ensure that you are making the best choice possible and that you know the “In’s and Out’s” of this purchasing decision.

I keep all of my qualifications current and work to provide the most thorough home inspection possible.  My qualifications include certification from the National Radon Safety Board, The Professional Home Inspector’s Institute, NACHI membership, IAC Mold certification, and more.

I understand that your choice can be an emotional one, so I provide un-biased facts based on experience and training. 

While I am continually improving my techniques and technology, I never forget that the personal touch is important and I am willing to spend the time needed in order to provide a through inspection.
